Do you take custom orders?

I don't know my ring size!

No problem - I sell ring sizers in the shop section of the website that you can use to measure. Alternatively you can pop into a local jewellers where they will measure your ring size or there are various apps / websites that you can measure an existing ring against. Just make sure the ring you are measuring fits comfortably on the finger you would like your new ring to go on.

 

When can I expect my order?

All finished collection items are posted out 2-3 working days of ordering. Made to order pieces take up to 2 weeks so please consider this when ordering. More info can be found on the Delivery and Returns page linked at the bottom of this page.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes! If you are not happy with your item, please contact me via email or social media to discuss your return - you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty. Personalised items are also non refundable.

 

My item has arrived faulty!

I thoroughly check all items and carefully parcel each item before shipping. If your item has been damaged in transit please get in contact to discuss.

Please remember everything is carefully handmade and therefore may not be ‘perfect’ - this is not classed as a fault.
